Devang joined Bajaj Finance Ltd. in 2008, where he played a pivotal role in
launching innovative financial products, including the popular 0% EMI loans and
EMI cards for consumer goods. His leadership in the consumer finance business
significantly expanded its reach across over 300 towns in India. In 2019, he
transitioned to lead Bajaj Finserv Health, aiming to revolutionize the healthcare
experience for consumers.
Under his leadership, Bajaj Finserv Health introduced ‘Aarogya Care,’ a unique
healthcare product that integrates health insurance, outpatient services,
diagnostic labs, and application benefits into a seamless digital experience. The
platform has rapidly expanded its network, partnering with over 100,000 hospitals
and 80,000 doctors, and has integrated services like ‘Health Saathi’ concierge
support to enhance patient care.

Devang is passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems at
scale. He believes that with the right guidance, passionate individuals can create
scalable business models that positively impact society. His strategic foresight
has led Bajaj Finserv Health to plan significant investments in technology and
network development, aiming for breakeven by FY27.
