Dr.Aditi Karad Coming from a humble background in Marathwada, Dr. Aditi Karad’s journey reflects her deep-rooted passion for making healthcare accessible and affordable for all. As Executive Director of VishwaRaj Hospital, Pune, she has played a pivotal role in building critical care and cardiac care services, ensuring high-quality treatment reaches even the most underserved communities.
Her leadership has not just been about clinical excellence, but also about giving back to
society. Working closely with NGOs, Dr. Aditi has led initiatives like providing free
cardiac treatments for children in need. Her hands-on approach during the COVID-19
pandemic further demonstrated her commitment to patient care and team motivation
in the most challenging times.
Her commitment to building future healthcare talent led to the establishment of the
VishwaRaj Institute of Nursing and the launch of DNB / Postgraduate medical
programs, ensuring quality medical education.
In parallel with her leadership in healthcare, Dr. Aditi plays an equally impactful role in
the field of education. As a Member Trustee and Joint Secretary General at MIT World
Peace University (MIT-WPU), she has been instrumental in driving academic excellence
and leadership development. Her key contributions include technology upgrades,
infrastructure modernization, enhancement of sports facilities, and a notable rise in
student placement outcomes. remains accessible.
She also places strong emphasis on building close partnerships with corporates, enabling a better understanding of industry needs and creating career-focused opportunities that help prepare students for future job markets. Her strategic focus remains on improving both the quality of education and the employability of MIT-WPU graduates.
Her passion for education extends to the school level, where she serves as the Executive Director of World Peace Schools (WPS). In this role, she is driving initiatives to blend value-based learning with global best practices, drawing inspiration from innovative teaching methodologies across various educational boards and international systems. She firmly believes that early education forms the foundation for a child’s future, shapes family progress, and plays a critical role in the overall development of the nation.
